How payment works
Credit card. Stripe handles recurring billing for any plan you pick. We don't see your card number.
Manual invoice / PO. Half our customers can't put SaaS on a card. Send us a PO number, we send you a PDF invoice with our remit-to information, your finance office mails a check or wires it. We mark it paid in our system. No fees, no friction. Same plans available either way.
Trial. 30 days after a scheduled demo. Real account, real data — no "limited demo mode". If you don't convert, your data stays available for 90 days for export, then is deleted.
Setup fee. $850 on your first invoice. Waived on any 2-year or 3-year commitment, regardless of how you pay it.
