We help you get your agency up and running in Cottonworks. The setup fee covers importing the data you provide and configuring the parts of the software your team will actually use — asset categories, work-order statuses, user roles, basic notification rules. Up to 10 hours of work included; most agencies are live within 5–10 business days. Your team is welcome to schedule a Zoom briefing anytime to walk through what Cottonworks can do.
